This years Panda-Monium event is being held in Atlanta, Georgia, from March 17th-19th. Given that PDXWildlife is in the Panda business, and this event brings together panda enthusiasts, we are more than thrilled to participate. What we are most excited about is to put a face to many of the names of fellow panda supporters.
Meghan and I have decided that this is a must-attend event. I’ll be flying across the country to meet all of the wonderful panda supporters, with Meghan making her way across the world straight off her research and internship training in China. While Meghan will be traveling a solid two days to meet everyone, my extra legwork involves the employment of grandma as a babysitter for our wild 6-year old cub for the weekend. We think it will be well worth the effort!
Both Meghan and I will be in attendance from Friday evening to Sunday morning. Wheels have even started turning for us to give a small talk on Saturday . . . We’re excited to see everyone and hope that you will make an effort to join.
